About the Event
Join yoga therapist Lauren Mason for an evening of introspection and self healing. In this special 2-hour class, Lauren will guide you through gentle, long-held postures that will help you to turn inward and tune into your intuition. By embracing the cooling yin energy of the time of the new moon, we can allow ourselves the time and space to soften, find acceptance, and awaken our inner healer. The gentle yin yoga practice will be followed by a time of guided meditation to help you find deep relaxation and rest. This is a perfect opportunity to care for yourself in a safe environment, supported by an experienced teacher.
