This full album of yoga-inspired guided meditations includes several vivid visualizations for relaxation, mindfulness, and focus. Incorporating beautiful natural images, breathing, and soft music, each meditation is designed to give you a meaningful experience in a relatively short amount of time. There are two versions of each meditation - one with background music, and one without.
Also included on this album are meditations for home asana (movement) practice - a guided centering and rest time that you can use to enhance your home practice.
